Tasting notes Nose: The aroma is floral with fruit and a touch of vanilla.
Palate: Flavours of dried fruits with a soft nutty and long creamy finish. Mellow cinnamon and sweet oak with a gentle and rounded aftertaste.

Tasting notes Nose: A light nose, with an initial savoury top-note on a fruity base (white grapes, apple blossom, lychees in syrup), developing floral notes, with a hint of boiled sweets.
Palate: Light texture, with a sweet start leading to crisp acidity and notes of scented sweets, with a finish of white chocolate.

Tasting notes Nose: A light nose, with an initial clean and fruity notes. All very delicate, with little to indicate the higher strength.
Palate: Initial flavours are of vanilla & cream soda, with the higher strength bringing in some bolder fruit flavours with a hint of white pepper to finish.

Maturation Tawny Port cask finish

Tasting notes Nose: notes of faint raspberry jam and rose wine, pot-pourri and pale fruits
Palate: Light in texture, sweet & faintly fruity, before drying slightly, leaving a trace of almonds in the finish.

Tasting notes Nose: concentrated fruit notes along with jam & red wine are evident.
Palate: the texture is still light, with distinct sweet and fruity flavours in balance, and working well with the higher strength spirit.

Tasting notes Nose: A distinctly medicinal aroma – carbolic, coal tar soap – on a light & fresh maritime base of salt air, iodine & seaweed.
Palate: Light texture, sweet & lightly salty, with a smoky, medicinal finish.
Finish: Bonfire smoke and sweet basil.

Maturation Bourbon casks, peated

Tasting notes Nose: The delicate character of the spirit is evident, though it’s very clear that this is a peated whisky.
Palate: The smoke slowly builds in intensity, but with minimal medicinal notes, and increased sweetness.

Tasting notes Nose: Aromas of toffee, dried fruits and oak leading on to a smooth creamy texture.
Palate: Flavours of butterscotch, warm spices and more oak yield to a long silky smooth finish which lingers on and on.
