Tasting notes	Nose: Citrus fruits, butterscotch and warm freshly baked shortbread. Palate: Malty toffee sweetness with blackcurrant and a fragrant lemongrass citrus edge Finish: Comforting and warm. Caramelised citrus fruits drift away to expose subtle spice.

Tasting notes	Nose: Toasted vanilla, light oak and rich dried fruits. Palate: Refreshing spice with a citrus lemon tang. Caramelised sweetness with cinnamon. Finish: Sweet, mellow wine and toasted oak flavours produce a finish whish is smooth and well balanced.

Tasting notes	Nose: Sun dried fruits, toasted cinnamon and toffee candy. Palate: Sweet vanilla oak, dark chocolate and oriental spice. Finish: Mouth tingling warm spice combines with bittersweet dark chocolate to deliver a long rich satisfying finish.

Tasting notes	Nose: Spicy apple and pear, key lime pie and cinnamon sugar. Palate: Caramelised tropical fruits, hints of freshly ground pepper and sweet vanilla. Finish: Tropical fruit and nutty vanilla flavours combine to deliver a finish which is both intense and warm.

Tasting notes	Nose: Honey, sweet apple jelly, toffee and honeycomb crisp. Palate: Creamy vanilla, pepper and spice. Velvety dark chocolate and charred oak. Finish: An initial burst of sweetness fades into the dying embers of burnt oak and intense spice.

Tasting notes	Nose: Layers of peaty smokiness with vanilla, tangy rhubarb and hints of leather. Palate: Instant peat smoke, lightly spiced with creamy vanilla tones. Finish: Memorably long. Sweet and spicy oak smoke flavours remain strong all the way to the end.

Tasting notes	Nose: A sweet shop in a glass. Barley sugars, pineapple chunks and butter toffees. Palate: Notes of blackcurrant jam and chewy liquorice toffee. Pleasantly sweet and spicy with layers of vanilla oak. Finish: Dark chocolate dissolves over the tongue, then fades to reveal a hint of smokiness and toasted vanilla.

Tasting notes	Nose: Rich, sweet, and floral with notes of vanilla toffee and berry fruits. Palate: Toasted oak, intense dark fruits and creamy toasted vanilla. Finish: Smooth and satisfying. A lovely balance of sweet vanilla and spiced oak delivers a smooth and well balanced finish.

Tasting notes	Nose: Sherried oak and butter toffee. Hints of dark chocolate and mixed spice. Palate: Full-bodied finely-oaked wine flavours, spiced dark chocolate and a hint of smoke. Finish: The oak lingers as the dried fruit sweetness gradually fades. A finish which is intense and satisfying.

Tasting notes	Nose: Toasted oak with deep notes of treacle toffee and caramelised autumn fruits. Palate: Baked spiced apple and vanilla smoked raisins. Rich, smooth and utterly satisfying. Finish: The sweetness and spice fade naturally leaving a light cloud of smoke And toasted oak. A finish which is elegant and wonderfully long.

Tasting notes	Nose: Intense berry fruits merge with creamy vanilla and rich caramel with hints of freshly-baked gingerbread. Palate: Rich and satisfying. Dark chocolate and caramelised raisins linger on the tongue long after the last sip is taken.
