Indy bottler Uncharted Whisky Co. sells shares in maturing casks as well as their own bottles.

Each year they take samples of the maturing casks and allow share owners to try the whisky.

One Cask At A Time is a new independent bottler based in Edinburgh, they sent me a sample set from their first release to review.

Their first trio of releases include Glen Moray, Aultmore and Tamnavulin bottlings.
