Tasting notes	Nose: Lusciously freewheeling, with succulent scents of pear and vanilla, honeysuckle and oranges. Palate: A delicious extravaganza of flavour, from swirls of orange sherbet to bursts of creme brûlée, drizzled with chocolate fudge. Finish: Long, wonderfully rich and sweet.

Tasting notes	Nose: Lemon tart emerges with vanilla, lime and orange zest. Sultanas and dates follow, laced with ginger and coconut. Palate: Warming gingerbread gives way to nutmeg and toasted almonds, entwined with meringue and honeycomb. Finish: Sweet and mellow, balancing lemon zest, vanilla cream and final traces of ginger and nutmeg.

Tasting notes	Nose: Citrus and ripening peaches are balanced by vanilla softness. Palate: Vanilla emerges, then gives way to a burst of flowery fruitiness. Finish: A clean and salving aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.

Tasting notes	Nose: Warm spices mingle with chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. Palate: Sherry-flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices. Finish: Long and satisfying, with spiced orange and chocolate.

Tasting notes	Nose: Dark mint chocolate and Seville oranges mingle with sandalwood and walnut, with a spicy finish of pepper and nutmeg. Palate: Mint chocolate and walnuts envelop the palate, laying the foundations for rose, Turkish delight and sweet Seville oranges. Finish: Long-lasting, silky aftertaste leaving dark chocolate mints and traces of orange.

Tasting notes	Nose: Rich, rounded and sweet with dried fruit and a complex floral fragrance. Palate: A balance between honey, malt and flowery notes. Rich figs and dates emerge with a hint of wood smoke in the background. Finish: Long and enticing with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.

Tasting notes	Nose: Fresh, clean and zesty aromas of mint, eucalyptus and hints of sugar cane, are woven with candy, peaches and vanilla. Palate: A smooth and creamy texture brings with it the subtle sweetness of apple, apricot and tangy oranges, alongside toffee, butter candy and menthol. Finish: Mint toffee mingles with oak tannins and the lingering suggestion of bittersweet citrus fruit.

Tasting notes	Nose: Coffee, ginger and cinnamon melt into dark chocolate and tiramisu, with dark toffee, crystallized orange peel and rich fruit cake. Palate: A velvet explosion of crackling spices swirls around bitter mocha and dark chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and mellow butterscotch.  Finish: Mocha and spice combine with cappuccino and amaretto, before a finale of chocolate-coated raisins and orange.
