My thoughts:

Appearance: pale gold in the glass, swirls cling as a thick line, bead up quickly and fall as quick thin legs.

Nose: stewed orchard fruit, honey and cinnamon. Citrus zest, barley sugars and cut grass. Porridge and more honey!

Palate: thick mouthcoating arrival sweet, fruity, citrusy, immediately drying and very spicy.
Honey, brown sugar; stewed orchard fruit - apples, pears, apricots; lemon zest; icing sugar and a gingery spice. Yummy!

Finish: short fruity and dry with more of that ginger spice.

My thoughts:

Appearance: very pale gold in the glass, almost clear. Swirls cling as a thin line, slowly bead up and fall as slow thick legs.

Nose: sweet fizzy citrus, nuts, mown grass and spices. Orange zest, hazelnuts, cinnamon, shortbread, a little dry orchard fruit and a hint of soy sauce.

Palate: creamy sweet and mouthcoating, there's a bit of spice here but not as much as the Tomatin. Orchard fruit, citrus and chocolate vie with tropical fruit, nuts and shortbread. Stewed pears & apricots; orange zest; Bounty bars & dried pineapple.

Finish: short and sweet, some tropical fruit and ginger spice. Yummy!

My thoughts:

Appearance: Mid gold in the glass, swirls cling as a thin line, beads form an inverted crown and eventually fall as slow thin legs.

Nose: Sherry bomb, dunnage warehouse, old leather jacket, dark chocolate, coffee, dark fruit but all with a hint of burnt match. Thick strawberry jam, sherry soaked dried fruit, dates, plums, figs, prunes, black cherries.

Palate: thick black treacle, French Onion soup (ta
@FiShoop), burnt toffee, maple syrup, tropical fruit, vanilla custard and a peppery spice.

Finish: lingering dark chocolate covered strawberries sprinkled with coffee. Interesting...

My thoughts:

Appearance: pale gold in the glass, swirls cling as a thin line, beads form slowly as an inverted crown and fall as slow thin legs.

Nose: Tropical mix, icing sugar, vanilla custard and a little mint. Dried pineapple, banana, mango, papaya, coconut, raisins covered in icing sugar

Palate: WOW sweet mouthcoating arrival, all of the tropical fruit from the nose are here - smothered in golden syrup. There's a little sour citrus note as the liquid disappears with hints of liquorice and oak. Yummy!

Finish: lingering ginger spice, tropical fruit and honey. Yummy!
