Mini-reviews: Bridge over troubled waters?

This was a blind sample from @Maltman_Mike which turned out to be a Cadenhead's Cameronbridge 27yo Single Grain

Nose: Dunnage warehouse, old book shop, old leather. Some wet hay notes.

Palate: Sour apples, vanilla, cinnamon spice, very drying.

Finish: Slightly burning, dark chocolate, drying.

Notes: So I think this was bottled for the Belgium market originally, I don't know why Cadenhead's let their good stuff go abroad!
