And we finally get to the 3rd part of Series 2 of #BlindTasting, like all good bands and the search for the second album we had some issues - these were mainly down to prolonged episodes of severe Man Flu on the part of a couple of members of the team and of course Christmas.
This time we were sampling the number six #dramples: A6 from @MaltMusings, B6 from @JWBassman_, C6 from @Spirit&Wood, D6 from @GentlemanGrimm and E6 from @WhiskyWings and once again we all had a go at our best photography (John of course won)!

John took loads of great ones - so here are a couple of extras as a bonus!
First up was my A6 #drample.....
Wings thought he might know what it was and went to search his shelves....
Wings was convinced...
He came back with a picture....
Close but he was wrong!
Next up was John's B6, being very careful after nearly giving it away last time.....
Wings was ready for a guess!
We were struggling...
B6 was John's BYO from GlenDronach 2004!
Third of the evening was Alistair's C6, another sherry bomb?
Then came a little clue...
Wings was on to it straight away!
C6 was the SMWS blend Exotic Cargo
Fourth up was Grimm's D6, which didn't look sherried...
D6 was Wild Turkey Rare Breed
Our final dram of the evening and last of Series 2 was Wings' E6
John was on to his 3rd Islay distillery by now....
So we knew which distillery it was from, but which whisky was it?
Stranger and stranger....
We were struggling with this one...
Mike put us out of our misery...
E6 was Douglas Laing's 18yo Consortium of Cards - Queen of the Hebrides
Even the distillery joined in!
Well what a fantastic evening, a great end to the series, we've tried some fantastic drams with #NoPreconceivedIdeas, shared our opinions and had a lot of fun!
