Most will know the famous Andy Stewart song from the 60's Campbeltown Loch, some will know of J&A Mitchell's releases under this name.

This time we're trying this year's release a blend of whiskies from all 3 current Campbeltown distilleries, featuring the three Springbank malts, Glengyle and Glen Scotia.

1st Fill Oloroso is a favourite of mine, add some peat and it's a match made in heaven! @WhiskyBarrel have released a number of bottles in their Originals range which have been matured in 1st Fill Oloroso, one of which is peated!

You may not of heard of @ThreeShipsSA, they are one of a number of brands of South African whisky distilled at the James Sedgwick Distillery, one you may have heard of is Bain's.

I was lucky enough to try 6 of their bottlings.

Waxhouse Whisky Releases 005 and 006

Waxhouse Whisky are a tiny, not for profit, indie bottler formed by members of the St. Albans Whisky Club in 2018.
