My thoughts:
Nose: old fashioned sweet shop, gentle smoke, berry ice cream, icing sugar & desiccated coconut. There's a lovely toffee chewing nut note & some stewed apples.
Palate: thick sweet arrival, chewy dried pineapple, honey, spearmint & a lovely ginger spice. There's some berry notes, tart rhubarb, black pepper & a little lime juice. Gentle smoke & cardamom spike finish things off nicely!

Appearance: bronze in the glass, swirls cling as a thin line, bead up very slowly & fall as slow thin legs.
Nose: musty dunnage funk, red berries, plums, black cherries. Balsamic vinegar drizzled strawberries, blueberry jam & a lovely red wine & caramel sauce note.
Palate: thick sweet arrival: blueberry jam, golden syrup & a chilli spice. The berries & cherries from the nose are back alongside a chewy caramel. Some dry icing sugar and wine tannins strip the mouth of moisture leaving a dry peppery spice on the tongue

Appearance: pale gold in the glass, swirls clings as a hairline crack in the glass, take an age to bead up and eventually fall as slow thin legs.
Nose: musty dunnage funk, vanilla tablet, shortbread, BBQ ash, buttered popcorn and a little citrus zest.
Palate: oily arrival, loads of citrus and spice. Icing sugar dryness & a little vanilla ice cream. There's toffee apple, milk chocolate, dried coconut & almonds. Gentle peak smoke and a hint of salinity round things off nicely - yummy! #GetInMyBasket

Nose: caramel, hard honey, rum & raisin ice cream, coconut, Caribbean rum on the beach. There's some gentle smoke, maple syrup & a little citrus zest
Palate: thick sweet arrival, honey, golden syrup, icing sugar & dried pineapple. There's some milk chocolate, juicy orange and lime zest. Some Christmas spices as the liquid disappears. Nice!
