Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3

It's been a while since I last reviewed an OB @HighlandPark bottle, like a lot of people I started on the 40% 12yo from Tesco and was hooked. Unfortunately the Viking comic strip started and the prices sky rocketed...

The Cask Strength releases seem to return to an age before dodgy marketing, let's see what it's like!

Loch Lomond 2023 Open Golf Releases

@LochLomondMalts release a pair of bottles (and some special editions) for each Open Golf Tournament.

This year's to celebrate the 151st at Royal Liverpool have just been released!

Chorlton Whisky - Four Peat Monsters

Loch Lomond's Cooper's Collection 2022

Loch Lomond's Distillery, just North of Glasgow, is really two distilleries in one, a Malt distillery using malted barley in Pot Stills and a Grain distillery using grain in Column Stills.

But, interestingly, sat in one corner of the Malt distillery is a set of Column Stills....

Caskshare's Mark Reynier Signature Collection Release 1

Mark Reynier is a high profile figure in the whisky industry, liked by some and not by others! What you can't ignore though is that he saved the Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay.

Reynier liked to experiment with maturation and Caskshare are bottling three of his experiments.
