Previously used at blending stock, they now produces a wide range of single malts.

I've written about @FishRetreat a number of times before, a restaurant in the Twine Valley at the edge of the Pennine Hills around 15 miles north of Manchester. They are also an Independent Bottler selling Bruichladdich and Arran whiskies matured  in wine casks.

Their latest release is a 10yo Bruichladdich - let see what it's like!

I'm not seen any reviews for Lochlea's first release, it looks like everyone sent their bottle to auction - here's my thoughts on the liquid.

Bimber Peated Barley

@BimberLondon has been around since 2015, they've released a number of styles of whisky as they work towards a core range including ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, ex-peated cask etc

I recently got to try their first peated barley bottling!
